Healing takes courage, and I believe we all have it, even when it requires digging deep to access it. I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating challenges such as communication struggles, boundary-setting, grief and loss, trauma, or unhealthy relationship patterns. Many clients feel overwhelmed by others’ expectations, stuck in cycles that no longer serve them, or unsure how to move forward after major life transitions. Whether you are processing loss, healing from trauma, navigating relational challenges, I offer a compassionate, safe space where you can show up authentically and feel genuinely understood.
