I want to help you learn ways to cope with the daily stressors of life and help you find the peace and stability that you have been searching for. I believe everyone is capable of making the change they wish to see in their life. We are in this together. I am experienced in addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, transitional challenges, adjustment difficulties, stress management, and neurodivergence. I have worked with many young adults facing the challenges of academic life and the transition into independence. I also have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+.
