I find that people come to therapy because they are struggling and they want things to change. I often tell my clients that if they could have changed things on their own they would have. There are times when you need help to reach your full potential, that’s where I come in. I help clients work on stopping the negative thinking and beliefs that are attributing to what is keeping them stuck so they can make the transformations they want in their lives.
