I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work through Nazareth College and The College at Brockport. I have been in Private Practice for 5 years and previously worked in outpatient settings with families, couples and adults. I am a trained psychotherapist and have experience working with individuals with a wide variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, panic disorder and ADHD. My person-centered approach has helped in forming strong relationships with my clients in an effort to improve their lives and help them better understand the sources of their emotional suffering.
