My name is Rebecca I have a masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University and license in the state of Florida. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, women’s issues, and family relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, I support clients in healing, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where individuals and families can process their experiences, improve communication, develop coping strategies, and move toward lasting emotional well-being and healthier connections. In your first session we will work on feeling safe and supported in addressing and identifying goals in a caring environment.
