In sessions, I work to create a space for clients that allows for exploration and discovery of themselves and their internal/external worlds. By approaching the journey of healing and transformation through deep listening and curiosity, I help bring about clarity without shame or judgment where there are blocks or stuckness. When invited, I work within archetypal and mythic frames, holding the collective context of suffering and healing. I work with adults, college students and teens and children. When working with children, I lean into play and art/expressive therapies that help the child access their emotional worlds.
