I specialize in working with adults and teenagers on issues including anxiety, panic attacks, loneliness, and relationship issues. I also offer couples therapy sessions to help improve communication, build intimacy and learn conflict resolution skills. I approach therapy in a collaborative manner and believe everyone has within them the tools needed to heal. My role is to help you discover what your unique tools are. My psychotherapy approach is eclectic and nonjudgmental in order to meet the diverse needs of the clients I work with.
