Hi, I’m Rebecca. I help deep-feeling, high-capacity adults who are exhausted from living in survival mode finally feel safe in their own bodies. Many of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, or first-generation, and they’ve spent years performing, over-functioning, or masking just to get through the world. You might look “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed or disconnected, especially when rest feels impossible or your nervous system won’t cooperate. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s broken, because you’re not broken. You’re stuck. And together, we can begin to move through. My approach is somatic, relational, and grounded in the nervous system. I draw from focusing-oriented therapy, the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, EMDR-based resourcing, and liberation psychology. Together, we slow down enough to listen to your body, soften survival patterns, and create a felt sense of safety that doesn’t require you to shrink.
