I understand that stressors, losses and transitions can easily become overwhelming, and I can help you address the anxiety and negativity brought on during challenging times. My training in trauma, grief & loss, cultural diversity and spirituality provides me with tools to help you explore what may be compounding or affecting your difficulties. I have particular interest in helping women address unique challenges complicated by societal expectations, multiple roles, and life cycle changes.
