I work with individuals, couples and families in areas of relationships, stress and life transitions, and I'm licensed in Colorado and Missouri. My focus is providing a safe and calm, non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters relief, rebalance and resilience for my clients. Specific conditions include: grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, adjustment disorder, stress disorders, and life adjustment with a mental health diagnosis. I also specialize in family of origin (FOO) issues, for example, enmeshment, boundaries, adult individuation and self-psychology, and coping with family problems.
