I currently offer Remote Psychotherapy (Phone or Video). I have worked with individuals and couples of all ages for a variety of reasons, some including, trauma, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, interpersonal, relationship or family challenges and other conditions perpetuating undesired behaviors and/or cognitions. My belief is that everyone has individual needs that require individualized treatment, incorporating the whole of the individual; mind, body and spirit. The therapeutic treatments I pull from fall within Psychodynamic, Humanistic and CBT. My clients receive treatment specifically tailored to their needs. No matter the situation or condition, my objective, as the Therapist, is to join the client on their journey, help them feel better, appreciate who they are and understand they are worthy of greatness.
