Hi, I’m Rebecca Mores, founder of Tides Counseling and Wellness. I created this practice for adults who are accomplished, insightful, and driven — but who find themselves feeling anxious, burnt out, or simply out of balance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be both a place of comfort and a catalyst for growth — where you can slow down, reflect deeply, and begin to realign with the life you want.
