Your child doesn’t have to stay stuck in fear. I help children heal after trauma, abuse, family conflict, and other overwhelming experiences. If you are seeing changes in your child that you are concerned about, such as angry or emotional outbursts, or avoiding school and activities that they used to enjoy, know that these are not “bad behaviors”. These are signs that your child’s nervous system is trying to stay safe. If your child has become anxious, withdrawn, angry, or “not themselves” after something scary or painful you’re not alone. I don’t just work with your child, I work with you. I help you understand what your child is going through and how to support them at home so you’re not walking through this alone.
