My goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free environment for individuals to explore their authentic selves and discover their own strength and resiliency. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am passionate about helping people learn tools to overcome barriers and reach their highest potential. I work with young adults and adults, specializing in mood, anxiety, self-esteem, and substance-related issues. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ populations and individuals exploring their gender and sexual identity.
