We have all experienced things that have left us feeling less-than, left us with wounds that struggle to heal, and have impacted how we live our lives. These experiences come from our childhood, the stress in our day-to-day lives, or even how we process the world around us. As a result of these hurts we often experience struggles in relationships with others, our own self-esteem, and our ability to handle life in healthy ways.
