Do you ever find yourself repeating the same patterns, even when you want things to change? Maybe you feel stuck, or disconnected, and you’re not sure why certain feelings or relationships keep triggering the same pain. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a heart-centered, supportive space where we can slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. My psychodynamic approach combines talk therapy with body awareness and mindfulness that I’ve developed over 25 years of teaching yoga.
