My wish for you is to be able to thrive. I work with individual adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety and/or trauma, as well as stress and life transitions. I do this by creating a safe, therapeutic space where you can feel seen, understood and empowered. As an Internal Family Systems therapist I help my clients better understand the various “parts” of their personalities. This understanding can explain patterns that may have affected your life for a long time and it is the first step to healing the causes that are underlying the pattern.
