I help people who feel stuck in some area/s of their life and want to get unstuck. Sometimes a strategy that used to be effective no longer works, or we just feel disappointed or even frustrated with the way things are going and want to make a change. I assist children, adolescents and adults with social, emotional and academic challenges, helping them to identify and hone their individual strengths and work effectively with any challenges. I tailor the treatment plan to fit my client's goals. My approach is genuine, and I give feedback that is culturally sensitive and constructive.
