Rebecca has worked in the mental health field since 2021, gaining experience with clients across a variety of settings, including partial care, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient programs. Motivated by her own personal journey and a deep desire to help others recognize their strengths, Rebecca is passionate about guiding individuals toward becoming the best versions of themselves. She has experience supporting clients living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, social skills difficulties, and substance use.
