I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate the many challenges they may face in this ever-changing world. I believe that the best treatment happens in the context of a positive, trusting relationship. My goal is to develop this type of relationship with you so that you can meet your personal goals. I have significant experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, ADHD and autism. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques built around the power of a trusting relationship. I am currently accepting new patients for telehealth.
