I would like to celebrate you on your path! You may be considering therapy for various reason. Whether obvious or obscure you most likely have a clear sense of wanting to feel better. You may even be hopeful about experiencing more joy in your life. To assist you in your process; I will do my best to support your comfort in disclosure, faith in the discovery process and acknowledgment of new insight and perspectives. I will also help build your experiential awareness and vocabulary. Together psychotherapy can foster in you a more positive outlook, fulfilling relationships and an embodied sense of vitality in your life! In my work as an Integral Psychotherapist I help folks reduce feelings of depression, intrusive thoughts, interpersonal conflict and build a strong foundation in Selfhood. To support my work I have been involved in extensive two year (*plus) trainings in AEDP, AEDP for Couples, Hakomi and am trained as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
