I work with teens, young adults, and couples who are navigating some of life’s most challenging and transformative moments. Many of my clients are teenagers facing issues like life transitions, academic or social stress, eating disorders, conduct concerns, OCD, or simply the everyday pressures of growing up. I also support couples who are struggling with communication, trust, intimacy, or navigating change together.
