Hi there, I'm Beka. I tend to work with people who might feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed. A lot of my clients often struggle with not feeling good enough and find themselves trapped in people pleasing and striving to prove their worth. They tend to take care of others and put everyone else's needs above their own, which can lead to burnout, resentment, and depression. Co-dependency, low self-esteem, and societal pressures all collide to create a storm of expectations you can't live up to. It doesn't have to be this way.
