Hello, I'm Angela, and I'm here to support you on your journey to good mental health. I believe that good mental health is not a destination but a continuous journey that we embark on together. Life can be challenging, and sometimes our choices make it even more difficult. That's where therapy comes in – providing the support and tools you need to navigate these challenges effectively. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks to best meet your unique needs. My practice incorporates Reality/Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and others as applicable. We offer substance abuse and mental health assessments for employment or legal matters. We specialize disability claims administration/management (i.e. short-term, long-term, FMLA). WE also possess extensive experience in relationships, trauma (PTSD).
