Hello, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here looking at my profile. It takes a lot of courage to open ourselves, reveal our past, explore life experiences and bring our insecurities, worries and hopes out into the open. During my career, I've been privileged to work with a diverse population of clients ages 18-95, with experiences spanning the spectrum of mental health and life challenges. My approach is person centered, honoring that we're all different, and as such, have different needs. I believe judgment and shame create barriers to progress, and that looking within can bring to light insights and tools for growth and healing.
