Accepting new clients! Telehealth ONLY. Flexible availability. 200 hr trained yoga teacher. My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and empathetic space for clients to bring their whole selves. I want clients to feel safe and supported during our work together. As a cisgendered white therapist it's important to me that I acknowledge the space I'm holding for many of my clients may not feel safe for them. I ask clients to be honest with me about what is/isn't helping to ensure all needs are addressed.
