Life can be hard, especially for children and adolescents as they have minds, bodies, and emotions that can be in a constant state of change and turmoil. That is where I come in. I love to create a warm, fun, genuine, safe environment to foster mindfulness, self-empowerment, hope, confidence, self-esteem, coping skills, problem solving skills, and more. In my quest to truly see and be present for today's youth I am supervised by experienced and licensed therapists.
