As a member of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, I practice through a lens of advocacy, social justice, allyship, and have a great passion for working with underserved communities. My areas of focus range from adolescents starting at age 13 to adults with anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and life transitions, with an emphasis in couples and families work. I practice primarily from a systems and existential approach, meaning that I take a direct approach with my clients to consider both the individual, their relationships, and their patterns both in and out of the counseling room.
