BIPOC Clinician interested in providing therapeutic support in the following areas interpersonal violence, sexual violence, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, grief, loss, complex family situations, ADHD, and general anxiety issues. I have a work background working with individuals coping with trauma, depression, social phobia, an adjustment. Prior to becoming a clinician, I was an early childhood professional and youth worker in several different settings, across Massachusetts. This has greatly informed my practice in understanding development prior to adulthood. Thus providing some insight to presenting issues. I utilize a mixture of eclectic therapy approaches depending on the age, strengths, needs, and cultural background of my client. These approaches can range from creating an atmosphere a client can be themselves ask questions, learn new habits and explanations of current to improve your overall well-being.
