It feels good to be heard! I strive to provide convenient & caring counseling services. It is so important to have a strong support system in life. Having someone that listens to understand is a simple necessity I offer to you. I have been providing mental health services in the Pueblo community and surrounding areas for approximately 25yrs. I hope to help make our community better by helping others become happier, healthier, and safer through providing an open door and an open ear to those that may be struggling with something big or small in their lives. My experience in the mental health field involves working with many different people such as severely mentally ill individuals, military, families, couples, & those who suffer with depression or anxiety. I work quite effectively with those that are in an immediate crisis. Teaching skills with empathy is my approach.
