If being a Christian is an important part of your identity, and you would like that implemented in your mental health therapy, I am here to do exactly that. Living the Christian life comes with great blessings, but it does not exempt one from hurt, pain, obstacles and detours. The good news is that there is always hope and you don't have to go it alone. Whatever it is you might have been struggling with, know that you can get professional help that helps you heal, learn and grow while also involving God in the process. I treat a variety of issues incl. depression and anxiety, specializing in women's issues, grief/loss, work/life balance & burnout and ministry life. I use a combination of techniques found in CBT, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy. As a Christian I find strength, comfort and hope in God, which is the backbone of how I live my life and practice counseling.
