Hello, My name Is Reginald Burgess. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My specialty of interest is providing brief, short term counseling services to individuals seeking counseling to address anger issues, self esteem issues, and depression. I utilize many therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My primary focus is working with men who are having difficulty with expressing and processing negative thoughts and feelings.
