I specialize in working with at-risk youth who have experienced childhood adversity and/or trauma. Young people who are having difficulty navigating developmental tasks including setting boundaries, establishing healthy peer relationships, and setting future goals. I utilize EMDR and Ego State Therapy to support clients in healing from past experiences, improving self-esteem and launching into adulthood.
