About

I work only with adults (18+) and take a special interest in working with Black queer communities and complex trauma. My approach focuses on supporting adults to make sense and meaning of life experiences. We engage in a collaborative process to find resolve with new meaning and purpose, building self awareness, insight, and exploring the unknown. Exploring our past can bring discomfort, as we go places we’ve feared to go. However, coming to understand how life experiences shaped us allows us to make new meaning and live a more fulfilling life.
