I work with LGBTQIA+ adults recovering from strict upbringings navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, life transitions, and the (often invisible) wounds of relational trauma. Many of my clients are over-thinkers who’ve learned to survive by performing for others, disconnecting from their bodies, masking their needs, or constantly scanning for what’s “wrong” with them. Together, we’ll begin the gentle (and sometimes challenging!) work of building a loving relationship with yourself.
