Currently has a small wait list. There is a saying that I have lived by and it goes like this, "nothing changes if nothing changes." Change is scary, life is scary, and talking to someone when you’re not feeling the best can be scary. I commend everyone who seeks help and is ready to make a change in their life for the better because that is scary. Understand that I am not here to fix you, because therapy is not about me telling you what you need to do. Rather, therapy is about me empowering you to seek that for yourself and provide a safe place to explore the areas in your life that YOU believe need to change.
