Reid is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children. He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s goals and needs. His work integrates EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), play therapy for children, and talk therapy to support healing, growth, and emotional well-being. He specializes in EMDR, couples and individual counseling, and working with adolescents and children. Trained through the Gottman Institute, he helps couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. He also works with addiction issues and men’s emotional health.
