As a Licensed Social Worker, I will work alongside you to define and work towards your goals. I approach all clients from a strengths based perspective, which has been shaped around the philosophy that people are not fundamentally fragile. We are not cut down by hardships and tribulations, rather, we may be strengthened through thoughtful and practiced responses to stressors and pain. I will help clients use these principles to promote their strengths and to improve confidence and functioning. Although I have experience with a variety of populations, I am especially versed in grief work.
