Our time together will be that pause in the week to explore whatever challenges you may be experiencing. I work with people of all backgrounds but specialize in children of immigrants. I'm a systems oriented therapist who is trained in family therapy, somatic and trauma informed modalities and center a spiritual approach to the work. We'll identify all the factors that have brought you to this place in your life - intergenerational family dynamics, society, schooling, identity, etc. so that you can keep what you want and leave the rest behind.
