Sometimes people hit a wall. Things that used to be satisfying, like career, relationships, or hobbies don't light them up the way they did when they were younger. All the sleepless nights worrying about "why?" just lead to a useless cycle. I help people, aged 25-85, who have "hit the wall" and are ready to find a healthy way through to the other side. My clients are sick to death of repeating the same unsatisfying patterns, but can't seem to stop or change. They feel stressed, ashamed, shut-down, or depressed and don't feel nearly enough love, joy, optimism, or creativity.
