Navigating the various streams of life is challenging and scary at times. Making the decision to seek counseling is a step towards taking control of your health and wellness. When a person feels this way, therapy will more likely be the most helpful to them. I strongly believe that a person should be actively engaged and hopeful about the therapy. The most central idea in my work is using the Strengths Perspectives in therapy. The theoretical approaches that I will use are eclectic, based on the major theories of Social Work Practices, the initial assessment, the person's decision for entering therapy, and the most appropriate.
