Therapy is a verb. It is an active process that requires your participation and engagement as well as my own. I am passionate about helping you make real changes within yourself and thus your life. Maybe you already know what you want to address or perhaps something in your external world has turned your life upside down. Whatever is driving you here, I would be a good fit for you if you want a therapist that is equally active and invested in your process of change. I specialize in depression, grief, death & dying, life transitions, anxiety, and unresolved trauma as well as the exploration of purpose and meaning. I have a passion for Jungian depth psychology and Transpersonal psychology. I enjoy working with dreams and other creative modalities to inform the change process.
