I have 38 years experience and have always lived in the Fox Valley area. I love to work with teens, young adults and adults. I can help to work thru issues with parenting, divorce, anxiety,depression, grief and loss , family turmoil, etc. you have the strengths within you and I offer the support, guidance and therapy to help you move thru these life experiences in a more positive and self fulfilling way.I also am able to use my therapy dog Patrick in my sessions and my clients have really enjoyed having him near them. I have over 20 years of experience working within a psychiatric hospital setting with inpatients and outpatients. I worked mainly doing family therapy and individual therapy. I then had 15 years experience working in an outpt private clinic doing therapy w mainly children thru adults.
