I have been a therapist for over 15 years and feel fortunate to have found a career that feels so meaningul to me. I meet my clients with empathy, compassion, and the greatest respect for having the courage to look at oneself with honesty and embrace change. It is my belief that we all have the innate capacity to heal ourselves and the natural desire to grow and be the best version of ourselves. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, I aim to help clients understand themselves better, uncover their own capacity to heal from pain, and ultimately find more meaning, authenticity, and joy in their life.
