I’m an EMDR-certified therapist who works with professionals navigating high expectations, constant pressure, and an overactive internal dialogue. Many of my clients struggle with self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or mentally replaying conversations long after they end. On the surface, things may look successful or steady. Underneath, there’s often anxiety, low-grade burnout, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. You don’t have to sort through that alone.
