Everyone can benefit from connection and support during difficult times. Using a Humanistic, Person-Centered approach, I focus on people’s strengths and their inherent capacity to reach their full potential. Together, we collaborate within a trusting and accepting environment to navigate obstacles that interfere with reaching their goals and obtaining relief from the unrest they are experiencing. Licensed as a Marriage Family Therapist in 2004, I utilize evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy to provide quality and effective care.
