Given the time, space, and healthy environment, I believe we all have an intrinsic knowledge of what we need to heal and thrive. With warmth and authenticity, I strive to offer protected and restorative therapeutic experiences, where self-discovery, healing and genuine self-acceptance is possible. While personal growth can feel, at times, overwhelming, my hope is to also weave in a bit of levity and strength-based positivity.
