Inevitably, we all experience some type of life transition at one time or another. Whether they are unexpected or by choice, life transitions can feel scary and sometimes isolating. I do not work with couples; however, my primary focus is on strengthening and building relationships. I love helping my clients get to a place in their life where they feel more confident and free, whether they want to focus on self-work, current relationships, or dealing with grief and loss of a person or a relationship.
