Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday life stressors can be overwhelming. Everyone needs someone to talk to who provides a non-judgmental, safe space. Counseling provides that opportunity and while seemingly scary and daunting, it is a chance to flourish and face these obstacles while recognizing that our strengths are greater than our problems. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I believe in helping clients develop those key coping skills while building and maintaining emotional regulation.
