We will work together to help you out of feeling: Isolated, unlike yourself, lacking motivation, chasing perfectionism, feeling worried/stressed about the future, overwhelmed with responsibility, or process through past traumatic experiences that are keeping you from reaching your full potential. My clinical focus and passion is to help my clients through the process of trauma recovery (PTSD), treating anxiety & depression, as well as untangling relationship problems.
